Private Sessions

A private yoga session is a valuable investment in your practice and well-being. 
Here are 4 types of private sessions that benefit students.

  1. “One on One: Explanitory” where you do some yoga AND get to ask all the questions you have wanted to but couldn’t in a group class.
  2. “One on One: Adjustments”.  Get adjusted in many many poses- have all the touch and help all to yourself in the poses you and the teacher select ahead and some that just come-up during the session.
  3. “Small Group” of friends or 2 people sharing a class the teacher plans ahead based on your requests and information.
  4. “Breakthrough” A list of 4-6 poses and/or movements you really want to master.  The teacher will watch, help, suggest improvements and do all they can to help you get there.  

The price is usually $50 to $75 for a 1 hour session.
